Letshego Africa is a pan-African financial institution offering microfinance and consumer lending solutions across eleven subsidiaries in sub-Saharan Africa.

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements published by Letshego Africa in X-News, with the most recent being on 11 July 2025, stating that the process towards a potential corporate transaction is progressing in line with expectations and that engagements with potential counterparties is underway.

Shareholders are advised that engagements with potential counterparties are ongoing and that the Company is working on moving the process towards a potential corporate transaction to the next phase.
