The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tshephang Loeto as a Non-Executive Director, effective 22 August 2025.

Mr. Loeto brings over 16 years of financial services experience and expertise to the Board, having held various investment and asset management leadership positions. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Botswana and has passed his CFA Level 1 exams from the CFA Institute. He also holds an IISA certificate in short-term insurance proficiency & practice of short-term insurance and has attained a Yield & SWAP curves certification from Geometric Progression. Mr. Loeto has undergone the John Maxwell leadership training and is a member of the Institute of Directors (SA), working towards certification. Mr. Loeto has a deep understanding of related fields such as audit, finance & investment, credit, risk, compliance and board experience that will greatly strengthen the Board. He currently serves as the office of Chief Investment Officer at the Botswana Public Officers Pension Fund (BPOPF). His governance experience ranges from currently serving as and Vice President of the Botswana Bond Market Association and directorships on a number of corporate boards of different companies in Botswana, some of them multinationals. His strategic skills and methodical aptitude will enhance our capabilities and overall effectiveness as a Board by bringing specialized skills and valuable experience that will enhance the Board’s financial oversight over the Company and guide the Company towards its strategic goals.
