In terms of Clause 21.1 of the Letshego Africa Holdings Limited (“the Company”) Constitution, the Board of Directors of the Company (“the Board”) may appoint a person who is not already a member of the Board to be another Director’s Alternate Director.

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Neo Lele Bogatsu as an Alternate Director to Ms. Catherine Lesetedi effective from 18 August 2026 following successful regulatory approval.

Ms. Bogatsu is a highly accomplished executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across financial services, investment management, audit, analytics, sales, and business transformation. She has a proven track record of driving organizational growth, leading successful business turnarounds, maintaining strong client relationships and developing high-performing teams.

Ms. Bogatsu currently serves as an Executive Director at Botswana Life Insurance. She previously held Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer roles at Botswana Insurance Fund Management, where she delivered sustained profitability, retained key institutional clients and strengthened operational resilience.

Ms. Bogatsu holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting Major from University of Botswana, Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completed the Senior Executive Program Africa through Harvard University and in conjunction with GIBS, and is ACCA qualified. She also brings extensive board-level experience across financial services, healthcare, education, property, and infrastructure sectors, providing strategic leadership and governance expertise.
