Letshego Africa Holdings Limited (“LAHL”; “Letshego Africa”; “Company”; “Group”) was incorporated in 1998, is headquartered in Gaborone, and has been publicly listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) since 2002. Letshego Africa is a pan-African financial institution offering microfinance and consumer lending solutions across eleven subsidiaries in sub-Saharan Africa.

In accordance with the Listings Requirements of the Botswana Stock Exchange Limited (“BSE”), the board of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr. Ketlhalefile Motshegwa resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 19th of February 2025.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Motshegwa for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
