Shareholders are informed that on 27 February 2026, Ms. Tinotenda Gwendoline Muteiwa resigned as the Group Chief Finance Officer of Letshego Africa Holdings Limited and Executive Director on the Board of Directors to pursue other interests. To this effect, she shall serve three (3) months’ notice ending on 26 May 2026.

The Board and staff of Letshego would like to thank Ms. Muteiwa for her leadership and valuable contribution during her tenure.
