Shareholders are referred to the circular and announcement published by Letshego on X-News on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 in terms of which shareholders were informed that the Company intends to raise P800 000 000 capital by way of a Rights Offer.

Pursuant to the intended P800 000 000 fully underwritten renounceable Rights Offer, shareholders are advised that the Rights ISIN Code is BW0000007913 and the Rights BSE Code is LAHL-RTS.
