Kamogelo Elizabeth Chiusiwa joined Letshego Africa Holdings Limited in October 2019. She joined the regional inclusive finance group from her previous role as General Manager, Human Resources at Botswana’s national Power Corporation, where she led the successful workforce re-organisation and realignment project, improving financial performance and human capital efficiencies. Previous roles include executive leadership in People Strategy for the Botswana Post and Standard Chartered Bank Botswana. Being a seasoned Human Capital professional, Kamogelo has a passion for employee engagement, leveraging Enterprise Agility to unlock employee potential as well as Leadership Development.
